The services are not available to prohibited persons, restricted jurisdictions, sanctioned persons, or users who do not satisfy applicable KYC/AML, sanctions screening, source-of-funds, or other compliance requirements. The relevant service provider may refuse, suspend, restrict, delay, block, freeze, or terminate access to services or transactions where required by applicable law, internal compliance policies, security requirements, or risk-management considerations.
